At 7:30PM Public Comment
At 7:45PM Continuation of the public hearing on the request to rezone parcels at 8-28 French’s Mill Road from Local Business to Residential-20 per the recommendation of the Planning Board and Town Planner.
Agenda
1. Consider adopting a resolution authorizing the submission of a Joint Application for Permit and Application for a Public Water Supply Permit for Guilderland Water District No. 83 to the NYS Department of Environmental Conservation per the recommendation of water district counsel. This resolution pertains to the establishment of Guilderland Water District No. 83 which is scheduled for a public hearing on June 7th at 7:30PM.
2. Consider adoption of the following policies provided at the May 3rd meeting:
A. Credit Card Use Policy;
B. Purchasing Policy; and
C. Parks Rules and Regulations.
3. Consider naming a private lane currently known as 2810 West Old State Road as Manning Lane, per the recommendation of the Assessor.
4. Consider authorizing the Superintendent of the Transfer Station and Supervisor of Parks to bid on used equipment available through auction houses and/or sites with the prior approval of the Supervisor in an amount not to exceed $10,000.
