Public Hearings
At 7:45PM. A public hearing to consider an application to amend the rezone enacted by Local Law #3 of 2006 for the Mill Hollow development at 5060 Western Avenue by eliminating the condition which imposed a 55 year and over age requirement and amending the condition which required a sidewalk along Route 20.
At 8:00PM. A public hearing to consider the adoption of the proposed new Zoning and Land Use Code.
Agenda
1. Consider approving the proposed seasonal employee policy manual as recommended by the Personnel Administrator.
2. Consider scheduling for April 19, 2016 at 7:45PM a resumption of the public hearing on the application to rezone parcels at 8-28 French’s Mill Road from local business to R-20 per the recommendation of the Planning Board and Town Planner.
3. Consider appointing Dean Sim as Senior Water Operator 3 at the Water Treatment Facility per the recommendation of the Superintendent of the Department of Water & Wastewater Management.
4. Consider reappointing Stephen O. Wilson as the Town’s representative to the Albany County Water Quality Coordinating Committee.
5. Consider appointing Kevin Bernard as Building Maintenance Supervisor per the recommendation of the Director of Human Resources.
6. Update by John Hamor & Associates on the Town’s solar contract and supply contracts.
7. Consider entering into executive session regarding contract negotiations with CSEA Town Hall Unit “A.”
