1. Consider authorizing the Superintendent of the Transfer Station to request bids for
grinding and removing yard waste.
2. Consider amending the hourly wage of an employee at the golf course per the
recommendation of the Supervisor of the Golf Course and Director of Human Resources.
3. Consider referring to the Ethics Board the proposed amended Exhibit A (“Town Officers and Employees Required to File Annual Statement of Disclosures”) to the Town of Guilderland Ethics Code.
4. Consider entering into executive session to discuss the Town’s response to the draft confidential NYS Comptroller’s Report on Employee Compensation and Benefits.
