Approve Minutes of November 5, 2015       
Public Comment

1.      Consider appointing Peter G. Barber as Town Supervisor to fill the unexpired term ending December 31, 2015 of Kenneth D. Runion who retired on November 23, 2015.

2.      Consider authorizing the Supervisor to renew the Town insurance policies issued by Selective Insurance Company for the term of December 1, 2015 to November 30, 2016.

3.      Consider authorizing the Supervisor to renew the Worker’s Compensation policy issued by PERMA for the term of December 1, 2015 to November 30, 2016.

4.      Consider authorizing the Supervisor to sign agreement with the Town of Colonie for the use of the Town of Colonie Police Range and Training Facility for 2016 and 2017 as requested by the Police Department.

5.      Consider authorizing the Supervisor to sign the Professional Services Agreement with Delaware Engineering, P.C. for consulting engineering services for the McKownville Storm Water Mitigation Project as approved by the Town Board on March 3, 2015.

6.      Consider authorizing the Highway Superintendent to bid on needed used equipment available through auction houses and/or sites with the prior approval of the Supervisor per the recommendation of the Highway Superintendent.

7.      Consider making the following appointments to the Board of Assessment Review per the recommendation of the Town Assessor:   

                Tracey Slupski to a term ending on September 30, 2020;

                Carol Wysomski to the unexpired term of Rosemary Centi ending on September 30, 2018; and

                David Payton as an Alternate Member to a term ending on September 30, 2016.  

8.      Consider the release of escrow in the amount of $40,000 for the construction of sidewalks and $35,000 for the installation of a bridge at the Twenty West subdivision per the recommendation of Delaware Engineering, P.C., Town designated-engineer.   

9.      Consider adopting a resolution that authorizes the financing, as budgeted, of three police patrol vehicles by a lease purchase agreement with First Niagara Financing per the recommendation of the Town Comptroller’s Office.

10.     Consider authorizing the Supervisor to sign a Collector’s Warrant for the Guilderland Water District.

11.     Consider transfers per the recommendation of the Town Comptroller.
