7:30 PM – 2016 Town Budget
7:30 PM – Re-Zone of six parcels on French’s Mill Road from Local Business to R-20 (continued from October 6, 2015 Town Board Meeting)
7:45 PM - Public Hearing pursuant to Section 64-41 of the Town Law to remedy NYS Building Code Violations at premises located at 315 Fuller Road.
8:00 PM – Re-Zone request made by Pine Bush Senior Living LLC for property located at 145 New Karner Road from BNRP to Planned Unit Development (PUD)
1. Consider authorizing the Transfer of $760,000 from Phase V water reserve account to Capital Project account for Phase I of Town of Guilderland / Rotterdam Interconnect as requested by the Department of Water and Wastewater Management.
2. Consider adopting amendment to employment manual to have town continue health insurance premium payments for period of six months for employee on leave of absence due to work related injury or disability.
3. Consider approving list of 2014/2015 water re-levy amounts for January 2016 property tax bill as requested by Albany County Tax and Finance.
4. Consider authorizing the Supervisor to sign a Collector’s Warrant for the Guilderland Water District.
5. Consider authorizing Supervisor to sign fixed price electricity supply agreement.
6. Consider approval of Country Hamlet Designation for Black Creek Run in Guilderland Center.
7. Consider approving transfers as recommended by the Town Comptroller’s Office.
