7:30 PM – Re-Zone of six parcels on French’s Mill Road from Local Business to R-20
8:00 PM - Public hearing pursuant to Section 202 of the Town Law in regard to the Assessment Roll of the Guilderland Sewer Improvement Area
8:15 PM - Public hearing pursuant to Section 202-a of the Town Law in regard to the Assessment Roll of the Guilderland Sewer Improvement Area
1. Consider authorizing the submission of a Justice Court Application Program Grant to be used for improvements to the Courtroom and for software.
2. Consider holding a public hearing pursuant to Section 64-41 of the Town Law to remedy NYS Building Code Violations at premises located at 315 Fuller Road.
3. Consider authorizing the Supervisor to sign contract for engineering services for water line extension on NYSDOT Route 158.
4. Consider authorizing the Supervisor to sign an amended agreement with AT&T for lease of various cell tower sites.
5. Consider authorizing the Supervisor to execute the Capital Region Solid Waste Management Partnership Inter-municipal Agreement.
6. Consider authorizing the Supervisor to sign a Collector’s Warrant for the Guilderland Water District.
7. Consider approving Collective Bargaining Agreement with UPSEU, representing the Paramedic Unit.
