PUBLIC COMMENT PERIOD
1. Consider approving appointment of Michael Minette to position of First Sergeant as recommended by the police department promotional review board and the Chief of Police.
2. Consider scheduling a public hearing for a re-zone request made by Pine Bush Senior Living LLC to re-zone property located at 145 New Karner Road from BN-RP to Planned Unit Development (PUD).
3. Consider appointment of Wayde Bush to the position of Sr. Wastewater Operator as recommended by the Superintendent of Water and Wastewater Management.
4. Consider adopting resolution establishing the standard workday for Animal Control Officers and laborer at the Animal Shelter.
5. Consider authorizing the Town Supervisor to sign an agreement with the Guilderland Central School District in regard to Emergency Preparedness Transportation.
6. Consider setting public hearing pursuant to Section 202 of the Town Law in regard to the Assessment Roll of the Guilderland Sewer Improvement Area.
7. Consider setting public hearing pursuant to Section 202-a of the Town Law in regard to the Assessment Roll of the Guilderland Sewer Improvement Area.
