PUBLIC COMMENT PERIOD
1. Consider appointing Christopher Palmer as a telecommunicator from the Albany County Civil Service List.
2. Consider retaining Delaware Engineering for engineering services for proposed water line extension on Route 158.
3. Consider adopting resolution establishing standard workday for certain town officials as required by the NYS Comptroller.
4. Consider approving lease agreement for Tawasentha Park Concession Stand.
5. Consider authorizing the expenditure of $2,500 for a study for Town betterment of sewer and water infrastructure upgrades in conjunction with Albany Country Club, Phase V of Weatherfield and authorizing entering into an agreement with Adirondack Mountain Engineering for such study.
6. Consider waiving building permit fees for 4355 Western Turnpike (fire damage).
7. Consider entering into executive session in regard to contract negotiations.
