1. Consider acceptance of map, plan and report prepared by Delaware Engineering in regard to water main extension along State Route 158 as Phase One of Guilderland/Rotterdam Interconnect.
2. Consider partial dedication of Sheldon Drive and related utilities, sewer and water infrastructure in Mat Farms Subdivision.
3. Consider authorizing the Supervisor to sign a Collector’s Warrant for Guilderland Water District.
4. Consider setting a public hearing to issue an order to remedy NYS Building Code Violations in regard to 1 Gertrude Street in the Town of Guilderland.
5. Consider permanent appointment of Jacqueline M. Siudy to the position of Building and Zoning Inspector, Step 5 of the CSEA – B Union Contract.
6. Consider entering into executive session to discuss:
