PUBLIC COMMENT PERIOD
1. Consider authorizing the Supervisor to sign Advanced Life Support agreement with Duanesburg Ambulance Corps, Inc. for paramedic intercept services.
2. Consider approving a mutual aid agreement between the Town of Guilderland and the Town of Colonie for Emergency Medical Services.
3. Consider approving Town Policy in regard to The Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) as outlined by the US Department of Health and Human Services.
4. Consider approving a Memorandum of Understanding between the Immigration and Customs Enforcement and the Town of Guilderland Police Department for Reimbursement of Joint Operations Expenses from the Treasury Forfeiture Fund.
5. Consider waiving building permit fees for 113 Stone Ridge Court (damage sustained by fire December 21, 2014).
6. Consider approving settlement of Tax Certiorari proceeding in regard to 41 Indian Ladder Drive.
7. Consider authorizing the Supervisor to sign a Collector’s Warrant for the Guilderland Water District.
