PUBLIC HEARINGS:
7:30 PM – Local Law to allow auto accessories and parts store up to 7,500 square feet in gross floor area in Local Business District.
7:35 PM – 2015 Town Budget
1. Consider adopting a resolution approving an amended Guilderland Center Pedestrian Safety Sidewalk Construction Project Contract.
2. Consider approving a Transportation Services Agreement between the Guilderland Central School District and the Town of Guilderland for busing children to summer camp locations.
3. Consider appointing Kyle C. Daley to the position of Paramedic. (lateral transfer)
4. Consider approving transfers as requested by the Town Comptroller’s Office.
5. Consider approving transfers from the Transfer Station, Highway, and Recreation Departments as requested by the Town Comptroller’s Office.
6. Consider authorizing the Supervisor to sign a Collector’s Warrant for the Guilderland Water District.
7. Confirm the scheduling of a Public Hearing for December 2, 2014 at 7:30 pm for the Town of Guilderland Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher Program.
8. Consider cancelling the November 18, 2014 Town Board Meeting.
