PUBLIC COMMENT PERIOD
1. Consider adopting Final Order Approving Water District Extension No. 82.
2. Consider release of escrow for Grove Subdivision per recommendation of Town Designated Engineer. Amount to be released is $25,006.19.
3. Consider appointing Matthew Ferraro from the Albany County Civil Service List to the position of Paramedic.
4. Consider appointing Amy Boyt to the position of Recreation Administrative Assistant in the Parks and Recreation Department at a salary of $37,055.
5. Consider appointing Christine Kiernan to the position of Keyboard Specialist from the Albany County Civil Service list at a salary of $28,755.
6. Consider appointing Thomas Nagengast to position of Laborer in the Water Department
7. Consider appointing Jacob Crawford as an alternate member of the Zoning Board of Appeals.
8. Consider appointing Gustavo Santos as a member of the Environmental Conservation Advisory Council.
9. Consider authorizing the Supervisor to sign a lease with Independent Towers Holdings, LLC, for installation of a cell tower at Water Treatment Plant property, subject to issuance of SpecialUse Permit by Zoning Board of Appeals.
10. Consider the acceptance of Siewart Equipment (sole bidder) for Franklin Miller Grinder system at Bus Garage lift station, as recommended by the Superintendent of Water & Wastewater.
11. Consider setting dates for 2015 Town Budget Work Sessions.
