PUBLIC COMMENT PERIOD
1. Consider request of Tri-Way Services, Inc. for the Town Board to hold a public hearing to re-zone 2444 Western Avenue from Local Business to General Business.
2. Consider accepting utility easement along Father’s Way, Crown Street and St. Mark’s Square within Mill Hill Subdivision.
3. Consider authorizing purchase of mini tracked excavator and high angle mower as requested by Department of Water and Wastewater Management.
4. Consider adopting SEQRA Resolution in regard to Guilderland Center sidewalk project.
5. Consider authorizing the Supervisor to sign a Collector’s Warrant for the Guilderland Water District.
