PUBLIC COMMENT PERIOD
1. Consider request to schedule a public hearing on re-zoning request for 1700 Western Avenue from R-15/R-40 to Multiple Residence/Local Business.
2. Consider amendment of resolution to release escrow for the Saddlebrook Subdivision per recommendation of Town Comptroller’s Office to reflect change in amounts held in escrow.
3. Consider request to name private lane off of N.Y.S. Route 156 to Webster Lane.
4. Consider setting the following dates as Household Hazardous Waste Days:
a. Saturday, May 10, 2014 from 8am to 2pm
b. Saturday, September 20, 2014 from 8am to 2pm
5. Consider making the following appointments:
a. Marcus Montgomery – Town Comptroller’s Office, Clerk to the Town Supervisor (replacing Lynne Buchannan who is now the Town Receiver of Taxes)
b. Scott Bianchi – Court Attendant
c. Nicole Cohen – Board of Assessment and Review Alternate
