PUBLIC COMMENT PERIOD
1. Consider waiving the building permit fee for 3400-3410 Carman Road due to damage sustained by a fire.
2. Consider waiving the building permit fee for 40 Stone Road due to damage sustained by a fire.
3. Consider waiving the building permit fee for sign at Westmere Fire Department, 1741 Western Avenue.
4. Consider approving transfers as recommended by the Town Comptroller.
5. Consider accepting audit, findings and recommendations of Town Comptroller in regard to Town of Guilderland Justice Court.
6. Consider authorizing the Supervisor to sign a Collector’s Warrant for the Guilderland Water District.
7. Consider making the following Paramedic appointments:
a. Genna VanCort
b. Mark Sholer
c. Thomas Foley
8. Consider adopting a resolution for a standard work day for elected and appointed officials.
9. Transfers requested by the Personnel Administrator.
10. Consider a discussion in regard to request of Reeves Associates, LLC, 1525 Western Avenue for placement of sign on town property.
