PUBLIC HEARINGS:
7:30 PM – 2014 Town Budget
1. Consider setting a public hearing on request of Steve Halse to re-zone 6120 State Farm Road from R-15 to MR (Multiple Residence).
2. Consider the appointment of Jeremy Rue to the position of Paramedic from the AlbanyCounty Civil Service List.
3. Consider authorizing the Supervisor to sign a consent for the Town to accept a parcel of land to be forever wild in the Last Will and Testament of Doris Nunes Collins located on Gardner Road.
4. Consider awarding bids for various projects and equipment as requested by the Departmentof Water and Wastewater Management.
5. Consider authorizing the Supervisor to sign a Collector’s Warrant for the Guilderland Water District.
6. Consider waiving the building permit fee for 4056 Chaucer Place due to damage sustained by fire.
