1. Consider authorizing re-bid of media replacement at the Water Treatment Plant.
2. Consider awarding the bid for replacement of an aeration blower at the wastewater treatment plant to Trinity Construction (low bidder).
3. Consider waiving building permit fee for 3424 Carman Road due to damage sustained by a fire.
4. Consider adopting resolution adopting credit card best practices guidelines as established by the Office of the New York State Comptroller.
5. Consider setting public hearing in regard to 2014 Sewer Assessment Rolls pursuant to Section 202 and 202(a) of the Town Law.
