PUBLIC COMMENT PERIOD
1. Consider adopting a resolution establishing a 30 MPH speed limit on Fuller Road from the Guilderland Town line to Route 20.
2. Consider the request of Reeves Associates LLC for an easement from the town for the placement of a sign at 1525 Western Avenue.
3. Consider the permanent appointment of Louis Vitelli to the position of Building Inspector from the Albany County Civil Service List.
4. Consider the permanent appointment of Dennis Mason to the position of Building Inspector from the Albany County Civil Service List.
5. Consider accepting the roads and associated improvements in Mat Farms Subdivision – Phase I per the letter from Boswell Engineering dated August 5, 2013.
6. Consider accepting a portion of Landsbridge Drive and associate improvements in the Twenty West Subdivision from Western Avenue, past Millingstone Way to the connection to Mill Hollow per the letter from Delaware Engineering dated August 7, 2013.
7. Consider authorizing the Department of Water and Wastewater Management to go out to bid for filter media replacement and roof repairs at the Northeast Industrial Park Water and Wastewater Treatment Facilities.
8. Consider setting budget workshops for 2014 Town budget.
