1. Consider adopting a resolution authorizing the Supervisor to sign a contract with New York State Department of Transportation in regard to Guilderland Center Sidewalk Project.
2. Consider approving tax certiorari settlement with MIRAC LLC in regard to 1600 Western Avenue as recommended by the Town Assessor.
3. Consider request of Stuyvesant Plaza for easement to relocate sewer line from roof of plaza to underground.
