PUBLIC COMMENT PERIOD
PRESENTATIONS: County Executive, Dan McCoy will be in attendance to update the Town in regard to Albany County issues.
Public Hearing: 7:30 PM – Water District Extension 81
1. Consider setting a public hearing in regard to a re-zoning request of Steve Halse for property located at 6120 State Farm Road. The request is to re-zone the parcel from R-15 to Multiple Residence.
2. Consider awarding bid for purchase of a new Animal Control van.
3. Consider authorizing the Supervisor to submit a grant application to the NY State Department of Environmental Conservation for financial assistance to conduct the Town’s Household Hazardous Waste Program.
4. Consider authorizing the purchase of a 2013 Chevrolet 3500 Dump Truck for use at the Transfer Station.
5. Consider authorizing the Supervisor to sign a modified lease agreement with T-Mobile for upgrade of equipment at Willey Street water tower.
6. Consider authorizing the Supervisor to sign a Consultant Agreement with Creighton Manning Engineers for sidewalk design on Route 146, Guilderland Center.
7. Consider promotion of Officer Michael A. Minette to the position of Sergeant. (Swearing in ceremony to immediately follow.)
