1. Consider setting a public hearing for the establishment of Water District Extension 81.
2. Consider authorizing the Supervisor to sign an agreement with the Village of Altamont for shared services.
3. Consider retaining Creighton Manning Engineering to design sidewalk improvements along Route 146 in Guilderland Center.
4. Consider authorizing the expenditure of $56,000 for new playground equipment in Tawasentha Park.
5. Consider awarding the bid for heating and cooling maintenance in town buildings to Technical Building Services and authorizing the Supervisor to sign the agreement for such services.
6. Consider authorizing the Supervisor to sign an agreement with Physio-Control, Inc. maintenance of EMS Lifepack 15 units.
7. Consider authorizing the Supervisor to sign an amended agreement with T-Mobile for replacement of equipment at the Fort Hunter Water Tower.
8. Consider authorizing the placement of a stop sign on Newman Road at the intersection of Church Road as recommended by the Traffic Safety Committee.
9. Consider authorizing the waiving of building permit fees for reconstruction of 9 Shephard Road due to damage sustained by fire.
10. Consider authorizing the transfer of $20,000 from the water reserve fund (9901.9R7) to Water Repairs (8430.44) for replacement of high service pump at the NEIP Water Treatment Facility.
11. Consider authorizing the police department to go out to bid for a new Animal Control van.
12. Consider authorizing the Supervisor to sign a Collector’s Warrant for the Guilderland Water District.
13. Consider approving transfer as recommended by Comptroller’s Office.
14. Considerapproving a contract agreement with the Guilderland Police BenevolentAssociation for the years January 1, 2013 through December 31, 2014.
