Public Hearing:  7:30 PM – Re-zone request 2583 WesternTurnpike and 3903 Carman Road from Local Business to General Business

Discussion Item:  Map, Plan and Report for McKownville Drainage District

1.     Consider appointing Deborah Hext to the Traffic Safety Committee.

2.     Consider appointing Ellen Howie to the Ethics Board.

3.     Consider appointing David Carpenter to the Ethics Board.

4.     Consider making the following appointments:

        a.     Sharon Groves – Data Entry Operator (Court)
        b.     Lynne Cassin – Administrative Aide (Comptroller’s Office)
        c.     Heather Collins – Laborer (Assessor’s Office)
        d.     Gregory Alliger – Laborer (Building/Maintenance)
        e.     Amanda Beedle – Deputy Receiver of Taxes
        f.      Stuart Mosely – Operator I Highway Dept.
        g.     Christopher O’Connor Laborer Highway Dept.
        h.     Casey Childs – Golf Professional

5.     Consider appointing Christopher Heath as a Telecommunicator from the Albany County Civil Service List.

6.     Consider awarding bids for various highway materials for the year 2013 (M-4 Crushed Stone, Gravel, Cold Planning (milling)).

7.     Consider setting a public hearing for Water District Extension No. 80 (State Route 158).

8.     Consider authorizing the submission of the joint application for permit application for water supply permit for Water District Extension No. 80 to the New York State Department of Environmental Conservation.

9.     Consider authorizing the Supervisor to sign a Collector’s Warrant for the Guilderland Water District.

10.  Consider appointing Donald Albright, Donald Csaposs and Steven Feeney to review submittals from various engineering consultants for design work on sidewalk project in Guilderland Center and recommend a selection to the Town Board.

11.  Consider awarding bid for granulated activated carbon as requested by the Department of Water and Wastewater Management.
