PUBLIC COMMENT PERIOD
1. Consider authorizing release of $53,923.00 from State Farm Sewer District Fund to State Farm Utility Corp. for 2013 operating expenses.
2. Consider authorizing the release of $69,913.28 from State Farm Sewer District Fund to NBT Bank for debt service for loan for repairs and rehabilitation of system.
3. Consider appointing John R. Vero to the Board of Assessment and Review per request of Assessor.
4. Consider authorizing the Guilderland Transfer Station to sponsor two Hazardous Waste Days on May 11, 2013 (8am – 2pm) and September 28, 2013 (8am – 2pm).
5. Consider awarding bids for chemicals per recommendation of Superintendent of Water and Wastewater Management.
6. Consider authorizing the Department of Water and Wastewater Management to enter into professional services agreement with Delaware Engineering for purpose of securing energy incentive funds from NYSERDA and/or National Grid.
7. Consider approving transfers as recommended by town Comptroller.
