PUBLIC COMMENT PERIOD
1. Consider waiving associated building permit fees due to damage sustained by fire at 3272 East Old State Road.
2. Consider setting a public hearing in regard to a request to rezone 2583 Western Avenue and 3903 Carman Road from Local Business (LB) to General Business (GB).
3. Consider authorizing the Police Department to auction surplus town owned vehicles.
4. Consider authorizing the provisional appointments of Dennis Mason and Lou Vitelli as Building Inspectors.
5. Consider approving two private lane names for property subdivided by Carver Realty. Property located on West Old State Road.
6. Consider authorizing the Department of Water and Wastewater Management to go out to bid for water filtration granulated activated carbon. (GAC)
