Public Hearing: 7:30 PM –Request to grant an easement over a paper street known as Sheffield Ave
1. Consider authorizing Supervisor to sign agreement with Guilderland Central School District for transportation in regard to Town summer recreational program.
2. Consider approving settlement of two outstanding tax certiorari claims:
a. Cumberland Farms (1870 Western Ave) for years 2009 through 2012
b. Albert Fisher (168 Wormer Road) for 2011
3. Consider authorizing release of escrow in amount of $2,085.00 from Water Sewer Interim Projects for Grove subdivision. Project has been completed.
4. Consider approving 2013 Parks and Recreation fee schedule.
5. Consider entering into executive session in regard to
a. Interview for Superintendent of Water and Wastewater Management
b. Interview for Assessor position
c. Contract negotiations and personnel matter
