PUBLIC HEARINGS:
7:30 PM – Request for change of zoning from Industrial (I) to Rural Agricultural 3 (RA3) for premises at 5803 Ostrander Road
1. Consider setting a public hearing on request for the town to grant an easement over a paper street known as Sheffield Avenue.
2. Consider awarding bid for the supply, installation and integration of ten Ace SCADA units at various locations within the sewer district at request of the Department of Water and Wastewater Management.
3. Consider authorizing Supervisor to sign a Collector’s Warrant for the Guilderland Water District.
4. Consider setting date and time for 2013 Town Board Organizational Meeting.
