PUBLIC HEARINGS:
7:30 PM – 2013 Town Budget
1. Discussion in regard to the petition filed by the McKownville Improvement Association for the creation of a Storm Water Drainage District.
2. Consider setting a public hearing in regard to a request to rezone 5803 Ostrander Road from Industrial (I) to Rural Agricultural 3 (RA3).
3. Consider accepting an easement for water and sewer line installation and maintenance from James Besha, Joyce Besha and Susan Thomas for premises located on Western Turnpike.
4. Consider authorizing the Supervisor to sign lease renewal with Satch Sales for golf carts.
5. Consider authorizing the Department of Water and Wastewater Management to go out to bid for replacement of sewer district’s existing Entrac SCADA alarm units with new generation ACER units.
6. Consider authorizing the Department of Water and Wastewater Management to retain Delaware Engineering to prepare specifications for the replacement of filter media at the Guilderland Water Treatment Plant.
7. Consider authorizing the Supervisor to sign a Collector’s Warrant for the Guilderland Water District.
