3. Consider approving settlement of tax certiorari proceeding in regard to 1512 Western Ave.
4. Consider accepting portion of streets, water retention area, and pump station in regard to Twenty West Subdivision.
5. Consider authorizing Supervisor to sign Collector’s Warrant for the Guilderland Water District.
6. Consider approving Transfers as recommended by Town Comptroller.
7. Consider scheduling the public hearing for the 2013 Town Budget on November 8, 2012 at 7:30 PM.
