1. Consider setting public hearing in regard to 2013 Sewer Assessment Rolls pursuant to Section 202 and 202(a) of the Town Law.
2. Consider abandoning old radio consoles in 911 center to be used by Altamont Fair per recommendation of Chief of Police.
3. Consider authorizing the purchase of equipment from Federal Equitable Sharing Accounts per the request of the Chief of Police.
4. Consider authorizing Supervisor to sign Assignment and Pledge Agreement in regard to State Farm Utility Corporation.
