1. Consider approving private lane name request of Platinum Lane for common lane servicing three properties.
2. Consider authorizing the Building Maintenance Dept to go out to bid for modification and repair of Town Hall heating system.
3. Consider scheduling workshops for 2013 Town Budget.
4. Consider authorizing payment of $720.70 from Altamont Fire Protection Reserve for purchase of safety equipment for training center.
5. Consider appointing Matthew Phelps as a Paramedic from the Albany County Civil Service List.
6. a.Consider appointing Joseph Devoe to the position of Police Officer (lateral transfer), per recommendation of Chief of Police.
b. Consider appointing Kyle McCormick to the position of Police Officer, from the Albany County Civil Service List, per recommendation of Chief of Police.
7. Consider entering into executive session in regard to litigation matter.
