7:30 PM – Local Law to ban hydrofracking in Town of Guilderland
1. Re-consider request of State Farm Utility for project management fee in regard to sewer improvements.
2. Consider title change for Maria Davis from Clerk I to Clerk II as recommended by Superintendent of Water and Wastewater Management.
3. Consider accepting audit, findings and recommendations of Town Comptroller in regard to Town of Guilderland Justice Court.
4. Consider establishing standard workday for certain elected and appointed officials as required by the New York State Comptroller.
5. Consider awarding bid for Dillenbeck sewer rehab/Old State Road project.
6. Consider approving transfers as recommended by the Town Comptroller.
7. Consider entering into executive session on personnel matter.
