PUBLIC COMMENT PERIOD
1. Consider appointing Jordyn Hagadorn to the position of telecommunicator (lateral transfer) per recommendation of Chief of Police.
2. Consider authorizing police department to auction surplus vehicles.
3. Consider release of $253.45 from Altamont Fire Protection District Reserve Fund to cover cost of freight for Bailout System Equipment originally approved on Sept. 6, 2011.
4. Consider adoption of resolution for lease of newly installed communications equipment previously approved by town board.
5. Consider waiving associated building permit fees due to damage sustained by fire at 5 Janet Lane.
6. Consider authorizing Supervisor to sign Collector’s Warrant for Guilderland Water District.
7. Consider adopting resolution to refinance various public improvement bonds of the town in order to reduce the interest rates of such bonds.
8. Considering awarding bids for various Highway Dept. items as per recommendation of Superintendent of Highways.
9. Consider awarding bid for used cab and chassis as recommended by Superintendent of Highways and to authorize purchase to be funded from Highway Fund Capital Outlay DB5130.2.
10. Consider awarding bid for grout/seal of pipe to Green Mountain Pipeline Services as recommended by the Department of Water and Wastewater Management.
11. Consider entering into executive session to discuss collective bargaining agreement between the Town of Guilderland and United Public Service Employees Union (EMS Unit).
