Accept Minutes of January 17, 2012
PUBLIC COMMENT PERIOD
1. Consider request of PAAR, LLC for release of drainage easement held by town and no longer used at 1969 Western Avenue.
2. Consider permanently appointing Greg Wier to the position of Superintendent of the Transfer Station in accordance with the Albany County Civil Service list.
3. Consider authorizing the Superintendent of the Transfer Station to go out to bid for grinding and removal of yard waste.
4. Consider authorizing two household hazardous waste days to be held on Saturday May 12, 2012 and Saturday September 15, 2012 between the hours of 8 a.m. and 2 p.m.
5. Consider request of State Farm Utility Corp. for release from escrow of $116,070 for operation and maintenance, engineering fees and remediation work upon submission of a claim form, audited financial statement for 2011 and operating budget for 2012 satisfactory to the Town Comptroller’s office.
6. Consider adopting a revised fee schedule for the Guilderland Animal Shelter.
7. Consider entering into executive session on personnel matter.
