2. Consider approving settlement of tax certiorari proceedings brought by 20 Mall at Guilderland, LLC against the Town of Guilderland.
3. Consider authorizing Supervisor to sign Collector’s Warrant for Guilderland Water District.
4. Consider approving transfers requested by Town Comptroller’s Office
5. Consider entering into executive session to discuss:
a. Contract proposals for billing of paramedic services
b. Litigation matter
c. Tentative collective bargaining agreement with CSEA Unit B
d. Interviews ZBA Alternate position
