8:15 PM - Pursuant to Section 202-a of the Town Law in relation to the Guilderland Sewer Improvement District budget.
1. Consider warrant adjustment for Guilderland Water District for 25 E. Dillenbeck Dr. and 27 E. Dillenbeck Dr. as requested by Dept. of Water and Wastewater Management.
2. Consider scheduling public hearing for 2012 Town Budget for November 10, 2011 at 7:30 PM
3. Consider awarding bids for rehabilitation of Wells #1 & #3.
4. Consider entering into executive session in regard to following:
