7:45 PM –Re-zone of 4770 Western Turnpike (tax map # 26.00-3-36.21) from Industrial to RA-3
8:00 PM –Request of Living Resources to establish a group home between 8 & 10 Wendom Road
1. Consider request of Platform Realty Group to extend sunset provision for Planned Unit Development commonly known as Glass Works Village from November 17, 2011 to November 17, 2014.
2. Consider accepting Audit Report of the Town of Guilderland Justice Court performed by the Town Comptrollers Office pursuant to the requirements of the NY State Office of Court Administration.
3. Consider approving transfer as recommended by Town Comptroller’s Office.
4. Consider waiving building permit fees for premises located at 11 Ruth Terrace due to damage sustained by fire.
