PUBLIC HEARING:
7:30 PM – Franchise Renewal Agreement between the Town of Guilderland and Time Warner Cable
1. Consider setting a public hearing on a local law regulating temporary storage and disposal containers.
2. Consider waiving building permit fees for premises located at 9 York Road due to damage sustained by fire.
3. Consider entering into a shared services agreement with the Village of Altamont in regard to the building inspections, fire inspections and zoning enforcement.
4. Consider authorizing the Supervisor to sign a Collector’s Warrant for the Guilderland Water Department.
