7:30 PM – Franchise Renewal Agreement between the Town of Guilderland and Time Warner Cable
1. Consider whether to set public hearing on request of John Celebucki to rezone 3423 Carman Road from BNRP (Business Non-Retail Professional) to LB (LocalBusiness).
2. Consider authorizing the Supervisor to sign a shared services agreement with the Villageof Altamont for Building Department and related services.
3. Consider awarding bids for various highway materials for the year 2011.
4. Consider authorizing the Supervisor to sign a Collector’s Warrant for the Guilderland Water District.
5. Consider entering into executive session in regard to Collective Bargaining Agreement with the Police Benevolent Association.
