PUBLIC COMMENT PERIOD
1. Consider appointing Steve Oliver to position of Deputy Highway Superintendent.
2. Consider granting Steve Oliver a one year leave of absence from position of Foreman in Highway Department.
3. Consider authorizing the Dept. of Water & Wastewater Management to go out to bid for sale of surplus equipment.
4. Consider authorizing the Dept. of Water & Wastewater Management to go out to bid for construction of approximately 320 linear feet of 8” PVC sanitary sewer along Old State Road.
5. Consider awarding bids for various chemicals used by Dept. of Water & Wastewater Management for 2011-2012.
6. Consider request of State Farm Utility Corp. for release of portion of funds held in escrow to operate and maintain sewer system.
7. Consider authorizing the purchase of emergency communications equipment used by police, paramedic and fire services pursuant to State Contract in the amount of $260,214.83.
8. Consider authorizing police department to auction surplus equipment, vehicles and items.
9. Consider the following appointments/re-appointments:
a. Linda Clark – Deputy Town Attorney Planning Board term expires 12/31/2011
b. Herb Hennings – Environmental Conservation Council term expires 12/31/2011
c. Stephen Albert - Environmental Conservation Council term expires 12/31/2011
10. Consider authorizing Supervisor to sign Collector’s Warrant for Guilderland Water District.
