PUBLIC COMMENT PERIOD
1. Consider authorizing Supervisor to sign Stormwater Management System Maintenance and Easement Agreement with The New York Independent System Operator, Inc. (NYISO).
2. Consider authorizing Supervisor to submit a grant application to the NY State Dept. of Environmental Conservation for partial funding of the Town’s Household Hazardous Waste Day Program.
3. Consider retaining Cooper, Erving and Savage (Craig Norman, Esq., counsel) to handle tax assessment cases.
4. Consider appointments to The Board of Assessment and Review (6 year term & 2 year).
5. Consider awarding the bid for water filtration granulated reactivated carbon for 2011 & 2012.
6. Consider entering into executive session to discuss applicants for position of Highway Superintendent.
