PUBLIC COMMENT PERIOD
PUBLIC HEARINGS:
7:30 PM – Franchise Agreement by and between the Town of Guilderland and Verizon New York Inc.
1. Consider town board vote on Local Law amending the Mill Hill Planned Unit Development.
2. Consider authorizing Supervisor to sign agreement with Town of Colonie for use of the Town of Colonie Police Range and Training Facility by Guilderland Police Department.
3. Consider scheduling a public hearing on a re-zone request of Carver Realty, LLC regarding 2969 W. Old State Road. Project request is for a re-zone from R-30 to Multiple Residence (MR).
4. Consider authorizing the Highway Department to go out for bids on various materials utilized by Department for 2011.
5. Consider entering into executive session to interview applicants for position of Highway Superintendent. Please note that the Town Board will be conducting second interviews of applicants for the position of Highway Superintendent during the executive session.
