PUBLIC HEARINGS:
7:30 PM – Water District Extension #76 – Lands of John Roth
1. Consider amending Assessor’s Office budget lines in 2011 preliminary town budget.
2. Consider appointing Steven D. Oliver and Howard R. Haver to positions of Highway Foreman I.
3. Consider authorizing utility easement to National Grid for placement of a power pole.
4. Consider setting a public hearing on a local law entitled “Animal Control Law of the Town of Guilderland” which establishes licensing of dogs by the Town of Guilderland instead of the State of New York, a newly imposed unfunded mandate by the State of New York and the Department of Agriculture and Markets on local governments.
