PUBLIC COMMENT PERIOD
PUBLIC HEARINGS:
7:30 PM – 2011 Town Budget*
1. Consider vote on proposed local law recommended by the Zoning Review Committee concerning home occupations and mixed use developments.
2. Consider awarding bid for rehabilitation of Well #2 pursuant to the recommendation of the Dept. of Water and Wastewater Management.
3. Consider authorizing Supervisor to sign Collector’s Warrant for Guilderland WaterDistrict.
4. Consider entering into executive session in regard to contract negotiations with CSEA Bargaining Unit B.
* Highlights of 2011Tentative Town Budget include:
a. No general town tax increase for 2011.
b. General town tax rate for 2011 would be 26 cents per thousand dollars of assessed valuation.
c. A home assessed at $200,000 would pay a total of $52.00 in general town tax.
d. The tentative budget has no general percentage raises for town employees.
e. There is no increase in the highway tax rate for 2011.
f. The water tax will increase by less than 1% for 2011.
g.The sewer tax will increase less than 1% for 2011.
