Accept Minutes of August 17, 2010
PUBLIC COMMENT PERIOD
1. Consider adopting resolution establishing the standard work day for elected and appointed officials as required by State Comptroller for purposes of reporting to the NY State and Local Employee’s Retirement System. (The original resolution passed on July 6, 2010 contained an error with respect to the four (4) town board members. The original motion calculated their pension credit as monthly days worked rather than bi-weekly days worked.) (Tabled from August 17, 2010 meeting)
2. Consider permanent appointment of Stacia Brigadier to position of Director of Human Resources from Albany County Civil Service List.
3. Consider authorizing Supervisor to sign Betterment Agreement for Bridge Repairs as requested by New York State Dept. of Transportation.
4. Consider adopting resolution accepting audit report of Town Comptroller’s Office of Town of Guilderland Justice Court as required by the Office of Court Administration.
