Accept Minutes of July 6, 2010
PUBLIC COMMENT PERIOD
1. Consider adopting resolution establishing the standard work day for elected and appointed officials as required by State Comptroller for purposes of reporting to the NY State and Local Employee’s Retirement System. (The original resolution passed on July 6, 2010 contained an error with respect to the four (4) town board members. The original motion calculated their pension credit as monthly days worked rather than bi-weekly days worked.)
2. Consider appointing Eric Courcelle to the position of Police Officer for the Guilderland Police Department from the Albany County Civil Service List.
3. Consider scheduling a public hearing on amendments to the Zoning Law as recommended by Zoning Revision Committee.
4. Consider adopting an amendment to inter-municipal storm water coalition agreement.
5. Consider request of New York Independent System Operator, Inc. for town to enter into “Confidentiality and Non-Disclosure Agreement” in regard to their building construction plans.
6. Consider awarding bid for positive displacement pump as recommended by the Dept. of Water and Wastewater Management.
7. Consider awarding bid for 2 year sludge disposal per recommendation of Dept of Water and Wastewater Management.
8. Consider authorizing Dept. of Water and Wastewater Management to go out to bid for rehabilitation of Well No. 2.
9. Consider authorizing building department to waive demolition fee for residence destroyed by fire at 2729 Curry Road.
10. Consider scheduling workshop meetings for 2011 town budget.
11. Consider transfer as requested by town Comptroller’s Office.
