1. Consider authorizing the establishment of Water District #78 (Grant Hill Road).
2. Consider establishing a school speed limit on Presidential Way pursuant to the recommendation of the Traffic Safety Committee.
3. Consider vote on request of Michaels Group to amend Local Law No. 1 of 1993, Mill Hill Subdivision, to change residential units from 24 townhouses and 88 condos to 74 townhouses.
4. Presentation by Barton & Loguidice, P. C. of traffic calming feasibility study for Dr. Shaw Road.
