PUBLIC COMMENT PERIOD
1. Consider request of State Farm Utilities to borrow money from commercial lender to conduct an engineering study on private sewer system within Presidential Estates.
2. Presentation of the Guilderland Center Hamlet Neighborhood Master Plan.
3. Consider authorizing two Household Hazardous Waste Days (May 22, 2010 and September 11, 2010) and authorize the Town participation in Electronics Collection Day on April 24, 2010.
4. Consider authorizing the Supervisor to submit a grant application for a portion of the cost of holding Hazardous Waste Day and Electronics Collection Day.
5. Consider awarding bid for yard waste grinding and removal from the Transfer Station to SM Gallivan, LLC.
6. Consider scheduling a public hearing on request of Michaels Group to amend Local Law No. 1 of 1993, Mill Hill Subdivision to change the number of residential units from 24 townhouses and 88 condos to 74 townhouses.
7. Consider scheduling a public hearing for Water District Extension No. 78 (Grant Hill Road) and authorizing the submission of the joint application for a public water supply permit to Department of Environmental Conservation.
8. Consider scheduling a public hearing for Water District Extension No. 77 (Mat Farms Subdivision) and authorizing the submission of the joint application for a public water supply permit to Department of Environmental Conservation.
9. Consider authorizing the expenditure of $183,500 from the water reserve funds for the replacement of water line on Fuller Road as part of Albany County Fuller Road reconstruction project.
