PUBLIC COMMENT PERIOD
1. Consider adopting a resolution dedicating 191 acres of land owned by the Town of Guilderland to the Albany Pine Bush Commission for Pine Bush Preserve management.
2. Consider authorizing Superintendent of Highways to go out to bid for various materials for 2010.
3. Consider authorizing the Superintendent of the Transfer Station to go out to bid for the grinding and removal of yard waste from the Transfer Station.
