8:00 PM- Zoning enforcement in regard to premises located at 3393 Carman Road, tax map # 15.18-3-42
8:30 PM - Building code violations in regard to premises at 4646 Western Turnpike, tax map # 26.00-4-4
1. Continuation and update from Zoning Enforcement Officer re: clean up of 3600 WesternTurnpike.
2. Consider authorizing the Assessor to retain GAR Associates to prepare court ordered appraisal in tax assessment challenge for 1709 Western Avenue.
3. Consider appointing Ken Brownell as Chairperson of Zoning Review Committee.
