PUBLIC HEARINGS:
7:30 PM – Water District Extension No. 75
1. Consider promoting Carl Duda to Sergeant in Guilderland Police Department.
2. Consider release of escrow for Saddlebrook Subdivision – Windsor Court per recommendation of Town Designated Engineer.
3. Consider adopting resolution supporting and concurring with the Albany County Empire Zone revision application (Albany County Local Law 1 of 2009).
4. Consider approving warrant adjustment for Guilderland Water District.
5. Consider authorizing expenditure of $130,500 from sewer repair reserve funds for sewer repair on Arcadia Avenue.
6. Consider authorizing Assessor to settle tax litigation case with Landmark Development Group for four (4) undeveloped vacant lots on Stonebriar Drive.
7. Consider recommendation to change Town insurance carrier from Zurich Insurance Company to Selective Insurance Company that would result in a reduction of premiums in the amount of $39,676.28.
8. Continuation and update re: Public Hearing on clean-up of 3600 Western Turnpike.
9. Consider entering into executive session to discuss contract negotiations and lease renewal of Western Turnpike Golf Course Clubhouse.
